Coaching is a container for radical transformation.
Imagine taking steps today towards a more fulfilling and high-performance future.
A future much different than the default future we are all heading towards by continuing our current actions, routines, and thought processes.
Transformative coaching brings forth the unknown, unknowns—your blindspots.
Coaching expands an individual’s world by making the invisible, visible, which brings you into new perspectives that lead to inspired, aligned, and bold actions towards an extraordinary life.
My coaching style is direct and intuitive—always for the purpose of catalyzing my clients towards calling up their Leader Within to make ripples in their lives and the lives of those around them.
“Alison surprised me with her coaching approach. She uses an intuitive and creative pathway that supported me to access individual resources and unblock old patterns and limited beliefs. I also loved her sharpness when needed which enabled me to see the victim within and encouraged me to overcome it in a bold and empowering way. The sessions with her where full of surprises and opportunities for growth and exploration during our time together. Alison’s guidance helped me to discover inner resources that are key to face any difficulty, both personal and professional.”
I am trained by Co-Active Professional Coach Training Institute (CTI), which is widely recognized as the most rigorous professional coach training and certification program in the industry.
As the largest and most established in-person professional coach training and experiential leadership development organization in the world, CTI has trained over 62,000 coaches, including employees in more than a third of the Fortune 100 companies.
Beyond this, my coaching is rooted in principles from Stanford University’s Compassion Cultivation Training™ (CCT), an 8-week program designed to develop the qualities of compassion, empathy, and kindness for oneself and for others. CCT integrates traditional contemplative practices with contemporary psychology and scientific research on compassion. The program was developed at Stanford University by a team of contemplative scholars, clinical psychologists, and researchers.
“Alison is incredibly thoughtful and caring as a coach. She listened so attentively during our sessions and she guided exercises that really helped me understand my deeper level beliefs and motivations. If you’re at a turning point in your life or curious about new ways to grow I’d recommend working with Alison!”
“Alison was great at asking the right questions that allow you to think deeper about yourself. Her energy is so welcoming, which makes it easy to share your thoughts. Her loving way to shift your perspective makes the whole coaching session a blast. ”
Love After Love - Poem by Derek Walcott
The time will come
when, with elation
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror
and each will smile at the other's welcome,
and say, sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was your self.
Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart
to itself, to the stranger who has loved you
all your life, whom you ignored
for another, who knows you by heart.
Take down the love letters from the bookshelf,
the photographs, the desperate notes,
peel your own image from the mirror.
Sit. Feast on your life.
