From Mental Noise to Inner Mastery.
An organization’s nervous system can only evolve as far as its leaders have grown
Blending the science of neuroplasticity, the grounding of somatic-based mindfulness, and the timeless wisdom of yoga to empower leaders and teams to step into clarity, centeredness, and a sustained state of high-vitality performance.

I am a professionally trained coach by the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the industry’s most rigorous and respected coaching certification program, and a certified Self-Mastery Kundalini Yoga Teacher.
When individuals and teams are attuned to their bodies’ internal signals, they unlock deeper flow states, creativity, and cohesion—fueling performance without burnout.
As a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher with advanced training in Self-Mastery and Somatic Awareness, my work sits at the intersection of nervous system resilience, team cohesion, and mindful leadership. I empower employees, executives, and founders to build mental, emotional, and embodied capacity, enabling them to co-create and thrive in high-performance environments.
I draw on tools from flow state research, somatic practice, mindfulness, performance coaching, and Kundalini Yoga.
Whether we are working together in a yoga or coaching setting, you can expect to move your body and activate both hemispheres of your brain, leading you into a calm and powerful mindset fueled by intuition, ingenuity, and your best teacher – Your Leader Within.
My approach is also informed by Stanford University’s Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT), an evidence-based program that combines contemplative practices with modern psychology and neuroscience. Designed to strengthen empathy, resilience, and compassionate leadership, CCT equips individuals to lead with greater presence, humanity, and emotional intelligence.
“Alison surprised me with her coaching approach. She uses an intuitive and creative pathway that supported me to access individual resources and unblock old patterns and limited beliefs. I also loved her sharpness when needed, which enabled me to see the victim within and encouraged me to overcome it in a bold and empowering way. ”

Embodied Resilience 1:1 Sessions
High performers are often skilled at pushing through pressure, but without intentional recovery and nervous system resilience training, that drive can tip into burnout and the physicalizing of external stressors.
Embodied Resilience sessions provide practical tools to rewire stress responses and expand your capacity to perform in any environment. Using breathwork, somatic practices, yoga, and neuroplasticity-based techniques, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system in real time, so you can make clear decisions, access creativity, and sustain energy.
“Alison was great at asking the right questions that allow you to think deeper about yourself. Her energy is so welcoming, which makes it easy to share your thoughts. Her loving way to shift your perspective makes the whole coaching session a blast. ”
My approach is direct, intuitive, and results-driven. I partner with leaders and professionals who want to sharpen their edge while building the inner foundation to lead with calm, clarity, and vision.
Love After Love, by Derek Walcott
The time will come
when, with elation
you will greet yourself arriving
at your own door, in your own mirror
and each will smile at the other's welcome,
and say, sit here. Eat.
You will love again the stranger who was your self.
Give wine. Give bread. Give back your heart
to itself, to the stranger who has loved you
all your life, whom you ignored
for another, who knows you by heart.
Take down the love letters from the bookshelf,
the photographs, the desperate notes,
peel your own image from the mirror.
Sit. Feast on your life.
